Book Donation & Reading Corners

We provide age-appropriate books and set up mini libraries and reading corners in public schools and communities where access to books is limited.

About Us

We exist to revive and nurture a strong reading culture among children, especially those in public schools and underserved communities.

We believe that every child deserves access to books and the opportunity to enjoy reading. Our purpose is to make reading fun, engaging, and meaningful by providing age-appropriate books, organizing school reading programs, and creating safe spaces where children can learn, imagine, and grow.
Through reading clubs, book donation drives, literacy campaigns, and community outreach, we help children build strong literacy skills, confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning. We work closely with schools, parents, teachers, volunteers, and community partners to support children at every stage of their reading journey.
Bookworm Children Literacy Initiative is a non-profit organization committed to improving early learning and reducing learning gaps by empowering children through the power of books.

Why Reading Matters

Reading is the foundation of learning and personal growth.
When children read regularly, they develop stronger language skills, better concentration, and improved academic performance. Reading also helps children think critically, express themselves confidently, and understand the world around them.
Beyond academics, reading sparks imagination, creativity, and empathy. It exposes children to new ideas, cultures, and possibilities, helping them dream bigger and believe in themselves.

By building a strong reading culture early in life, we empower children with the skills they need to succeed in school, make informed choices, and grow into confident, capable adults.
At Bookworm Children Literacy Initiative, we believe that a child who reads is a child who is empowered.
